Why is two player a complete subscription-only band?

As we re-emerge after several years mostly out of the music scene, we've realized that we have ZERO interest in participating in the current flow that most bands have to participate in whereby social media networks and apps stand firmly between bands and their fans. It feels like bands nowadays are brainwashed into thinking that they need to spend endless amount of energy, time and money creating content suited to best game the algorithms of these sites and apps, and that is not how we want to spend our time.

We don't need a middle-person between us and our fanbase community. We want to focus on making music and other content that inspires us and that we think our fans will find inspiring and engaging, too. We don't want to cast a huge net over the internet trying to catch a few new followers and fans here and there. We believe that this Two Player HQ subscriber community can start small and grow organically. If you like it, invite a friend. We're not going to waste time focusing on anyone other than you - our subscribers! No ads, no nothing.

How to I add make this website into an App on my iphone?

Making a stand-alone app is - at least for now! - prohibitively expensive for us. However, iPhones make it super easy to add the Two Player subscriber portal to your home screen. . . and it looks and works just like an app. Here's a YouTube video describing how to do it in a few easy steps.

What if I’m a fan of Two Player but can’t afford to subscribe?

We want to make our music and other fun content available to anyone who wants to enjoy it. If the $6/month subscription cost is not in your budget right now, believe us, we get it! Shoot us an email at twoplayermusic@gmail.com and we'll get you hooked up.
